About Whitby360
Why have we created Whitby360?
The answer is simply that we wanted to demonstrate photographically and informatively the beauty, positivity, progress and pride achieved in the towns in recent years, as well as showcasing the commercial potential of the 360 pano technology. Whitby360 is our attempt to boast a little about the area in which we live, in a way that we hope shows not only our passion for where we live, but also the work we undertake.
This joint venture was conceived by our team at Betton Design along with David Chalmers Photography. David Chalmers, also a partner in the design business is a commercial photographer with over 20 years experience; his eye and his attention to detail have established him as the lead commercial still life specialist in the area.
As well as working alongside some of the most prominent local businesses, David works on commissions nationally with some of the Worlds leading wine/drinks companies. Although the core of David’s business is commercial, his passion has always been in landscape photography. With an incredible eye for natural beauty and a desire to produce a unique portal for the town, whitby360.co.uk has evolved. It is our hope that this piece of work will be a strong tool for the area and adopted for a whole host of reasons. Any organization or business wishing to use whitby360.co.uk as part of their marketing or recruitment campaigns are welcome to do so and will find a variety of links on the website through the menu.
This website is by no means a fait accompli, in fact the ball has only just started to roll; as time allows, as seasons change and as the town benefits from further development/redevelopments, the site will evolve showing the area in a light that it so deserves. Also your views and comments regarding any aspect of the site are welcome and can be submitted via ‘contact’ in the menu. Your feedback regarding the site will be gratefully received and any recommendations for improving it or suggestions for further feature inclusions will help its the development.
